Author The 8th edition of the IAHH International Student Design Competition for the year 2010 has been announced.

I want to know, if one makes the recording of 31 December, should not do even that of the 25/01/2010? second application:the delivery of work is planned for the 25/01/2010?
are the awards:75,000/50,000/30,000, ment as in dollars?and what do the initials INRs mean?

Dear friends,
Early registration deadline is December 25, 2009 with US $ 50 as registration fee.
Late registration deadline is Januray 25, 2010 with US
$ 75 as registration fee.
The fee is per entry and not per individual. The entry can be jointly submitted by a group of five students.
